All rights, including copyright, in this website are owned by or licensed to HH. Any use of this website or its contents, including copying or storing it or them in whole or part, other than for your own personal, non-commercial use is prohibited without the permission of HH. You may not modify, distribute or re-post anything on this website for any purpose.

Accuracy of Content

HH has taken every care in the preparation of the content of this website, in particular to ensure that prices quoted are correct at time of publishing and all products have been fairly and accurately described.  However, orders will only be accepted if there are no material errors in the description of the goods or their prices as advertised on this website. Packaging may vary from that shown. The weights, dimensions and capacities given are approximate only. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HH disclaims all warranties, express or implied, as to the accuracy of the information contained in any of the materials on  this website. HH shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise from the use of any of the information contained in any of the materials on this website.

Password and Account Security


You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account and any activities that occur under your account. HH shall not be liable to any person for any loss or damage which may arise as a result of any failure by you to protect your password or account.
Delivery charges vary depending on the type of products ordered and the service you select and cannot be refunded. 

Cancellation Rights

If you are ordering from within the European Community then you have the legal right to cancel your order within seven working days of receipt of the goods. This right does not apply if you pick up the items from our shops. Any shipping back to HH is the responsibility of the purchaser cancelling the order. Goods must be received back in original packaging with all items intact and un-used for refund

Returns

Any of the Goods returned to the Company must be in unbroken packs in good condition. The cost of carriage for the return of the Goods shall be borne solely by the Buyer. The Company may on receipt of any returned goods charge the Buyer a sum equal to 20% of the price, exclusive of value added tax, of the Goods in respect of handling and administration costs. The Buyer shall ensure that any goods returned to the Company hereunder must be accompanied by a returns note stating all the Goods returned and the Company’s invoice number in respect thereof. No deduction may be made by the Buyer in respect of payment for any of the Goods unless the Company has first issued a credit note in respect thereof.

Exclusions of liability


Any disclaimers and exclusions of liability in these terms & conditions shall not apply to any damages arising from death or personal injury caused by the negligence of HH or any of its employees or agents or fraud. These disclaimers and exclusions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. If any provisions of these disclaimers and exclusions shall be unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable then that provision shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
Changes to Legal Notices
We reserve the right to change these terms & conditions from time to time and you should look through them as often as possible.
Law, Jurisdiction and Language
This website, any content contained herein and any contract brought into being as a result of usage of this website are governed by and construed in accordance with English Law. The parties to any such contract agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. All contracts are concluded in English.
